Rev. Stef and Jubilation’s Scholarship History and Mission
The Rev Stef and Jubilation Scholarship Foundation was founded by Rev. Dr. Stefanie R. Minatee in 2002. It is our mission to educate the community, and award worthy students who have been accepted to a 4-year institution of higher learning, majoring in the Performing Arts and/or technology. High school students must meet the criteria, which includes showing financial need, academic achievement, an aptitude for the arts/technology, community involvement, and maintain a grade point average of 2.5 or more.
Our mission is also to serve as a beacon of education to the community, teaching relevant history designed to empower, motivate, and stimulate. This is also evident in a K-12 lesson plan found on our From the Middle Passage web site: www.ftmp.us.
